Responsibilities: * Supervise the execution and completion of all services within your unit, ensuring excellence in customer service, always in compliance with contractual obligations; * Analyze and monitor all qualitative and quantitative performance results within your scope to optimize unit operations, including developing action plans, formulating strategies, and creating and implementing innovative initiatives to enhance unit performance and customer service; * Be responsible for planning and preparing the unit’s annual budget and ensure it is achieved—and even improved—throughout the year; * Manage the team by applying HR processes and policies, including recruitment, onboarding, and task assignment. Ensure an engaged, up-to-date, and productive team; * Coordinate cleaning and gardening teams, ensuring quality and efficiency. * Manage supplies, materials, and equipment, optimizing resources. * Develop the team through training and best practices. * Monitor budgets and contracts, balancing costs and quality. * Ensure safety and legal compliance. * Strengthen relationships with suppliers and internal customers. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree completed. Experience in facilities management and leadership of multidisciplinary teams. Skills in planning, organization, and leadership. Knowledge of building maintenance, professional cleaning, and landscape management. Work schedule: Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:48 PM.
