About the job Our Supply team is seeking a Senior Operational Performance Analyst to work onsite at our Distribution Center in Poços de Caldas \- MG. Your main responsibilities will be: * Bridge local operations and global teams, ensuring alignment with corporate guidelines. * Lead initiatives focused on continuous improvement, operational performance, and process standardization. * Gain deep understanding of Supply Chain operational workflows, proposing structural and efficiency improvements. * Develop, adjust, and harmonize global and local KPIs, strengthening data governance and reliability. * Build dashboards, analyses, and reports that provide clear visibility into operational performance. * Harmonize routines, processes, and metrics across operations, ensuring standardization and consistency. * Support strategic decision-making with data-driven operational analyses and insights. * Ensure data quality and integrity to support decision-making and performance evaluation. * Facilitate presentations and interactions with stakeholders across all hierarchical levels. About you * Fluent English (strong interaction with global teams). * Spanish is desirable. * Dynamism and clarity when presenting projects and results. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across all hierarchical levels. * Proficiency in technology tools applied to operations. * Experience with Power BI and data analytics tools. * Industrial Engineering or related fields. * Administration with focus on Supply Chain. * Logistics courses (technologist or bachelor's degree). * Postgraduate/MBA in Supply Chain or Project Management. Systemic vision and ability to integrate multiple areas. * Proactivity and autonomy in project execution. * Organization, discipline, and attention to detail. * Collaborative profile with ability to influence and drive alignment. * Analytical, structured, and results-oriented thinking.
