Job Summary: The professional will monitor the operation of equipment in the production process, ensuring efficiency, diagnosing anomalies, and collaborating with the team. Key Highlights: 1. Opportunities for internal development and training Responsibilities: * Monitor the operation of equipment in the production process, operating devices, performing adjustments, and conducting periodic checks of operational results to ensure higher equipment efficiency and productivity. * Keep supervisors informed about possible anomalies in the production process through meetings or other communication means, aiming at corrective and preventive actions. * Assist Multiskilled Technicians in organizing conversion activities and execute them according to schedule. * Evaluate, diagnose, and report equipment and safety anomalies using specific forms. * Identify root causes of problems by technically analyzing their effects. * Report and hand over occurrences and actions taken during the shift to the next shift, aiming at standardization and continuity of work. * Assess trends of process variables through graphical analysis and established control limits for the production process, performing necessary interventions to keep the system under control. * Uphold Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), complying with procedures described in applicable standards. * Strictly follow operational procedures as well as those related to occupational safety. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the area. * Comply with quality management, food safety, and Good Manufacturing Practices systems procedures. * Collaborate with senior technicians in preparing reports for their respective areas of responsibility. * Participate, under Human Resources guidance, in courses for training and development aimed at simplifying and increasing the effectiveness of functional activities. * Conduct, under supervision, technical training for technicians in levels I, II, III, and entry-level personnel within the area of responsibility. Requirements: * Technical education in Mechanical Engineering and completed High School. * Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial production of cans is desirable. * Instrumental English is desirable. * Microsoft Office – Computer literacy for system consultation. * Availability to work in Poços de Caldas - MG. Additional Qualifications: Experience in the can manufacturing segment.
