Key responsibilities include supporting budget monitoring, performing accounting and cost analyses, managing contracts, and preparing departmental opinions. If you possess strong analytical skills, controller expertise, and seek professional growth opportunities, this role is ideal for you. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Support company budget monitoring by updating reports and conducting preliminary analyses of variances between actual and budgeted figures; * Prepare and update managerial reports, performance indicators, and dashboards to support decision-making; * Perform reconciliations of financial, accounting, and operational data to ensure consistency of information used by the Controller’s Office; * Support monthly managerial closing by consolidating information and validating data with relevant departments; * Assist in cost and expense analysis, identifying variances and improvement opportunities; * Support contract management and control, maintaining up-to-date documentation and tracking expiration dates and adjustments; * Participate in maintaining internal controls, procedures, and workflows related to the Controller’s Office; * Support internal and external audits by organizing requested documents and information; * Collaborate with Accounting, Finance, Procurement, Sales, and Operations departments to collect, validate, and track information. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently pursuing or holding a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields; * Prior experience in administrative roles; * Intermediate Excel proficiency (VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, Pivot Tables, analytical formulas); **Additional Information** Beyond a conducive development environment, we also offer: * Health insurance; * Dental insurance; * Pharmacy benefits; * Meal allowance; * On-site meals; * Transportation allowance; * Vacation bonus; * Ergonomic assessment; * Partnerships with educational institutions.
