**Location:** Poços de Caldas, MG
**Work format:** Hybrid
**Working hours:** Monday to Friday, from 11:40 AM to 6:00 PM, with occasional Saturday shifts.

**About the role**
We are looking for an exceptional Customer Service Representative to join our team!

As a Customer Service Representative at **Leiturinha**, you will serve as the bridge between our subscribers and the enchanting world of books, ensuring efficient, welcoming, and solution-oriented support. ✨

**Your day-to-day responsibilities**
* Handle customer support and retention across all company contact channels;
* Triage incoming requests from our users;
* Deliver an excellent experience to our users;
* Regularly report feedback to leadership, including suggestions and data-driven insights for improving internal processes and products.
**Qualifications**
* Knowledge of customer service techniques;
* Completed high school education;
* Strong communication skills;
* Sales and persuasive argumentation skills;
* Proficiency in reading, writing, and text comprehension;
* Ability to quickly learn technological systems (e.g., customer service and call center platforms).
