Position: MECHANICAL ASSEMBLER
**Position: Mechanical Assembler (Heavy Machinery)**
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented **Mechanical Assembler** to join our production team. The professional will be responsible for the technical assembly of subassemblies and complete systems of heavy machinery, ensuring compliance with engineering drawings and safety standards.
**Willingness to travel for on-site technical assembly at customer locations.**
**Main Responsibilities**
* **Structural Assembly:** Assemble large-scale mechanical components following technical drawings and torque specifications.
* **Hydraulic and Pneumatic Systems:** Install hoses, valves, cylinders, and fittings, ensuring circuit leak-tightness and proper functionality.
* **Technical Drawing Interpretation:** Read floor plans, hydraulic schematics, and assembly manuals in 2D and 3D.
* **Mechanical Adjustment:** Perform adjustments, drilling, tapping, and locking using hand and pneumatic tools.
* **Support Operations:** Operate overhead cranes, forklifts, and hoists to move heavy parts.
* **Quality Control:** Conduct functional tests and complete technical release check\-lists.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* **Proven Experience:** Minimum of 3 years in this role, preferably in the heavy machinery sector (yellow line).
* **Education:** Completed high school \+ Technical course in Mechanics, Electromechanics, or Mechanical Fitting (SENAI or equivalent).
* **Driver's License Category B** (minimum)
* **Mandatory Knowledge:**
* Advanced metrology (calipers, micrometers, gauges, and torque wrenches).
* Reading and interpretation of mechanical technical drawings.
* Basic knowledge of hydraulic symbols.
* **Preferred Qualifications:** Forklift or Overhead Crane Operator training (NR\-11\); Basic welding knowledge (stick or MIG).

* **Compensation:** Between R$3\.500,00 and R$4\.000,00 \- commensurate with candidate experience.

* **Working Hours:** Monday to Thursday \- 08:00 to 18:00 / Friday \- 08:00 to 17:00\.
