Start Date: Immediate Brief Description The Level 2 Infrastructure Analyst will be responsible for advanced technical support for infrastructure environments, performing analysis, diagnosis, and resolution of medium- and high-complexity incidents, with a focus on internet service providers. Main Responsibilities * Advanced troubleshooting of servers, applications, and infrastructure services. * Deployment, migration, and optimization of services such as DNS, RADIUS, Zabbix, databases, and backup solutions. * Planning and execution of VM and critical service deployments. * Implementation and validation of security best practices on Linux servers (access control, updates, firewall, exposed services). * Log and performance analysis (CPU, memory, I/O, network). * Technical support and mentoring for the N1 team\. * Technical Qualifications and Experience (Hard Skills) * Proven experience in infrastructure troubleshooting (minimum 2–3 years). * Solid knowledge of: * DNS (BIND, recursive and authoritative). * RADIUS (FreeRADIUS) and integration with MySQL/MariaDB. * Zabbix (installation, tuning, and troubleshooting). * MySQL/MariaDB databases (replication, performance analysis). * Backup solutions (PBS, Veeam or similar). * Firewall using NFTables. * Intermediate to advanced Linux knowledge (Debian\-based). * Experience with virtualized environments (Proxmox, VMware). * Knowledge of storage (ZFS, iSCSI, RAID, concepts of IOPS and latency). * Networking fundamentals (VLAN, NAT, basic BGP, IPv6\). * Shell scripting for automation. * Technical certifications are considered a plus (LPIC, Zabbix, virtualization). * Requirements, Behaviors, and Attitudes (Soft Skills) * Analytical ability and technical decision-making. * Autonomy in managing incidents. * Organization and appropriate technical documentation. * Strong technical communication with clients and internal teams. * Commitment to deadlines and delivery quality.
