We are committed to building an increasingly diverse culture and value the inclusion of all people regardless of race, ethnicity, religion, age, gender identity, sexual orientation, or disability, promoting an inclusive environment with equitable opportunities. **Responsibilities and duties** * Supervise and train customer service teams, ensuring compliance with standards, procedures, and regulations, providing onboarding, operational guidance, and daily monitoring; * Manage maintenance of bases, vehicles, and equipment, verifying compliance, material replenishment, and proper functioning of operational resources; * Analyze service reports and vehicle checklists, taking corrective and preventive actions for continuous improvement; * Ensure information flow between team, leadership, and other departments through emails and phone calls; * Collaborate with internal departments and external agencies to maintain compliance and operational availability; * Monitor systems and equipment, requesting maintenance and proposing improvements when necessary; * Develop and manage the team through guidance, training, and monitoring of administrative activities, promoting synergy and a positive work environment; * Handle conflict situations or operational abnormalities by mediating, making quick decisions, and ensuring immediate response to incidents; * Monitor train, bus, performance indicators, and resource performance, developing action plans for continuous improvement; * Optimize operational costs through improvements, process innovation, and maintaining service quality. **Requirements and qualifications** High school diploma; Proficiency with computer systems and Microsoft Office; Reside in the regions of Londrina, Marilândia do Sul, Tamarana, or Apucarana; Driver's license category D.
