We are committed to building an increasingly diverse culture and value inclusion of all individuals regardless of color, ethnicity, religion, age, gender identity, sexual orientation, or disability, fostering an inclusive environment with equitable opportunities. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Serve as the unit's **technical reference for pavement quality**, supporting the Construction Quality Coordination in consolidating data, indicators, management reports, and interfaces with Corporate Management. * Provide technical oversight of **pavement restoration and maintenance works**, ensuring compliance of executed services with standards, specifications, designs, and contractual requirements. * Support and supervise **technological control routines at plants, laboratories, and construction sites**, with emphasis on bituminous materials, asphalt mixtures, granular materials, concrete, and soils applied to pavement construction. * Perform **technical validation of services executed by contractors**, supporting measurement, acceptance, and release processes based on performance and quality criteria. * Monitor **inspection, supervision, and accreditation contracts**, verifying adherence of quality control, inspection, and traceability processes for construction works. * Conduct **technical analysis and approval of asphalt mixture dosages** applied to pavement construction, including asphalt concrete, concrete, granular and cemented mixtures, as well as evaluate rolling plans and execution parameters. * Perform **critical analysis of laboratory and field test results**, interpreting soil, aggregate, binder, concrete, and pavement tests, focusing on deviation prevention and performance enhancement of adopted solutions. * Evaluate, review, and approve **data books, technical reports, quality records, and mandatory documentation** related to pavement construction works. * Support standardization of processes, procedures, work instructions, and inspection criteria, strengthening **quality governance** and technical consistency across construction sites, plants, and laboratories. * Contribute to the **recording, handling, and dissemination of lessons learned**, promoting continuous improvement, retention of technical knowledge, and evolution of corporate quality standards for pavements. **Requirements and Qualifications** **What we expect from you:** Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering; Experience in quality assurance for pavement construction projects; Experience in highway concession projects; Driver’s license CNH “B” – willingness to travel; Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint, Outlook); Willingness to work on-site in Londrina/PR. **You stand out if you have:** Postgraduate degree or master’s degree in Highways or Project Management; Experience in managing inspection and/or certification contracts for construction works. **Additional Information** By joining our integrated team, you will become part of a company present in **13 states** across Brazil, moving thousands of people daily by providing mobility in an integrated manner with positive societal impact.
