Job Summary: An HR professional with experience in payroll, labor charges, eSocial, OSH, and operational management, coordinating teams and optimizing processes. Key Highlights: 1. Occupational Safety and Health (document management) – Manage and control the Risk Management Program (PGR), the Occupational Health Monitoring Program (PCMSO), and other legal documents with SESI/technical providers. – Monitor expiration dates and execution of ASOs (admissional, periodic, return-to-work, job function change, dismissal). – Issue and track CAT (Work Accident Communication) where applicable. – Submit OSH-related events in eSocial. – Maintain organized documentation for potential inspections.
