Job Summary: An HR professional with experience in payroll, labor charges, eSocial, OSH, and operational management, coordinating teams and optimizing processes. Key Highlights: 1. Manages payroll, labor charges, and eSocial. 2. Controls Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) processes. 3. Coordinates team activities and optimizes HR and OSH processes. * ***Human Resources Department*** – Execute full payroll closing (monthly, 13th salary, vacations, and terminations). – Perform calculation and verification of labor and social security charges. – Submit and monitor obligations in eSocial and DCTFWeb. – Manage electronic time tracking system (handling time records, banked hours, and allowances). – Interpret and apply collective bargaining agreements. – Perform complex termination calculations. – Address employee inquiries regarding labor matters and payroll. – Prepare managerial reports on personnel costs. – Proactively mitigate labor-related risks. – Maintain a monthly schedule of legal compliance obligations. Occupational Safety and Health (document management) – Manage and control the Risk Management Program (PGR), the Occupational Health Monitoring Program (PCMSO), and other legal documents with SESI/technical providers. – Monitor expiration dates and execution of ASOs (admissional, periodic, return-to-work, job function change, dismissal). – Issue and track CAT (Work Accident Communication) where applicable. – Submit OSH-related events in eSocial. – Maintain organized documentation for potential inspections. Operational Management – Coordinate and assign tasks to HR assistant(s). – Ensure standardization and continuous improvement of HR and OSH processes. – Maintain interface with Production (behavioral safety) and Finance (provisions, payments). – Support internal and external audits related to HR. **Proficiency in the IOB system is a plus.** Employment Type: Permanent CLT Salary: R$2\.850,00 \- R$3\.000,00 per month Benefits: * Medical insurance * Dental insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
