This role involves monitoring financial indicators, identifying opportunities for improvement, and ensuring the organization’s financial health, while guaranteeing compliance with tax and regulatory obligations. Additionally, as this is the highest-level technical position within the department, the professional is expected to serve as a **reference**, influencing and guiding other members of the finance team regarding best practices and departmental processes. **Main Responsibilities:** * Prepare and analyze the Statement of Income (DRE); * Manage and monitor cash flow; * Handle tax and fiscal management; * Prepare financial and management reports for presenting results and forecasts; * Analyze and interpret financial data, identifying trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement; * Support the preparation of the company’s budget and financial planning; * Conduct economic feasibility analyses of projects and investments; * Assist in strategic decision-making based on financial analyses; * Perform market and competitive analyses to support financial decisions; * Identify financial risks and propose mitigation actions; * Maintain contact with financial institutions and regulatory bodies; * Ensure compliance with tax and regulatory obligations; * Serve as a technical reference for the departmental team, guiding and influencing other team members regarding financial processes and routines.
