




Job Summary: Perform infrastructure, installation, and maintenance services for automation and electronic security systems, including team management and handling service requests. Requires analytical skills and strong interpersonal communication. \* Perform infrastructure, installation, and maintenance services for Automation/Electronic Security equipment; configure boards, motors, sensors, cameras, networks, and other components. \-Responsibilities and Duties: \* Evaluate equipment according to specifications and standards, ensuring safety and technical efficiency in operations; \* Manage assistants by communicating and training them on tasks per company standards, focusing on skill development and acquisition of new competencies; \* Train staff (e.g., doormen, janitors, etc.) on automation systems; \* Respond to service requests and work orders, performing assessment, maintenance, and functional testing; \* Be available to participate in on-call shifts and emergency response; \* Maintain cleanliness and organization at the workplace and assigned areas; \* Assist in backup management\* \* And other duties relevant to this area. \- Requirements: Communicative, attentive, and dynamic; "Strong interpersonal communication skills, polite and courteous"; Analytical thinking ability (analyst profile); Completed high school education.
