**Job Description:** ---------------------- Responsible for assisting in the operation of grain processing and drying machines at the facility. This includes activities such as purging and loading grains, supplying wood to furnaces, cleaning furnaces, pits and tunnels, aiming to optimize grain drying and storage. Check grain moisture using a moisture meter to ensure dried products maintain quality. Conduct product verification by stock sheets, physically counting quantities and comparing with reports. Perform machine adjustments, product sizing and necessary calibrations to keep equipment operational, avoiding production downtime. Monitor grain mass temperature to maintain stored product quality. Adjust air intake in furnace and dryer, regulate dryer air pressure to ensure proper equipment performance according to current regulations. Perform general cleaning of dryers, furnaces, pits, hoppers, silos and machines to maintain the production process. Carry out general handling tasks including moving equipment, drying, loading and unloading agricultural products and supplies, manually or with forklift assistance, supporting daily operations. Supply furnace with firewood manually to maintain cereal dryer temperature. Perform all startup and shutdown routines of terminal equipment, monitor flow and operations of reception and dispatch to ensure smooth functioning and process efficiency. Assist in minor mechanical repairs for maintenance and preservation of machines and equipment, as well as washing and painting machines with specific tools. Consult immediate supervisor regarding assigned tasks to perform them according to established schedules. Accurately complete daily forms and controls according to internal procedures.
