Job Summary: We are seeking attentive and dynamic professionals for customer service and dining room operations, ensuring customer satisfaction and smooth establishment functioning. Table and workstation cleaning and organization. **Join the ROTA 98 Team!** *We seek professionals with excellent communication skills, who are attentive and dynamic.* **Prerequisites:** * Customer service experience; * Bar routine experience will be considered a plus. **Responsibilities:** * Escort and seat customers at tables; * Provide customers with information regarding establishment operations; * Deliver menus to customers; * Answer questions about menu items and make suggestions; * Register orders in an electronic system according to issued order slips, paying attention to customer-specific requests; * Map tables for order delivery; * Prepare tables and additional items for order consumption; * Monitor order preparation time; * Collect orders from the kitchen and bar; * Transport orders using trays and other presentation methods; * Serve orders at tables; * Regularly check customer satisfaction and suggest new orders; * Direct customers to the cashier for payment; * Remove utensils from tables after use; * Clean and organize tables and chairs, as well as other dining room and general workstation requirements. **Work Schedule:** * Tuesday through Sunday, from 5:00 PM to 1:20 AM + overtime from Thursday to Saturday. **Benefits:** * Transportation allowance equivalent to current fare; * Free on-site parking; * Meal voucher of R$ 23.00 per day; * Food allowance of R$ 145.00 per month; * Uniform; * Pharmacy benefit plan. **Salary:** * R$ 1,828.00 / month + 20% night shift premium starting at 10:00 PM + overtime (resulting in a monthly range between R$ 2,000 and R$ 2,500).
