Job Summary: Participate in recruitment and selection processes, conducting psychological and behavioral assessments in accordance with ethical guidelines and regulations set forth by the Federal Council of Psychology (CFP). Prepare psychological reports and expert opinions based on assessments. #### **About the Position:** Participate in recruitment and selection processes, conducting psychological and behavioral assessments while ensuring the technical application of psychological instruments and preparation of expert opinions in compliance with ethical guidelines and regulations issued by the Federal Council of Psychology. #### **Main Responsibilities:** Conduct selection processes, focusing on behavioral profile assessment and job fit. Carry out psychological and behavioral interviews. Administer, score, and interpret psychological tests authorized by the CFP. Prepare expert opinions, assessments, and psychological reports based on conducted evaluations. Ensure technical and ethical compliance in the use of psychological instruments. Support managers in decision-making through technical analyses of candidates' profiles and potential. Maintain control, organization, and confidentiality of psychological information. #### **Desirable Qualifications (Preferred):** Bachelor's degree in Psychology. Active registration with the Regional Psychology Council (CRP). Experience administering, scoring, and interpreting psychological tests. Experience in competency-based recruitment and selection.
