Pharmacy Analyst

Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for controlling the inventory of materials and medications, performing counts and pharmacy restocking, supporting pharmacists in dispensing, and monitoring products. Key Highlights: 1. Inventory control and tracking of materials and medications. 2. Effective supply of pharmacies and product reallocation. 3. Support to pharmacists in dispensing and verification of emergency carts. Ensure inventory control of materials and medications across pharmacies, identify vulnerabilities, perform periodic counts and participate in inventories; Carry out effective and appropriate restocking of pharmacy inventories, reallocating products among pharmacies when necessary, respecting agreed response times for urgent requests and other time-sensitive requirements to avoid compromising patient care; Support dispensing pharmacists in loan procedures when required, adhering to inventory control protocols and ensuring product traceability; Perform verification of emergency carts; Monitor monthly the products approaching expiration in inventory and reallocate them among pharmacies or even across other hospitals to prevent waste; And others.
