We are looking for an E-commerce and Marketplace Manager to structure digital strategies, expand results, and reinforce our online presence across various channels. **Responsibilities:** * Strategically manage the company's own e-commerce platform and marketplaces (e.g., Mercado Livre, Shopee, and others), defining growth plans, campaigns, and targets. * Coordinate the creative team (3 members) responsible for developing visual assets for both the e-commerce platform and the physical store. * Plan and monitor paid traffic and digital campaigns, ensuring positive return on investment. * Supervise the product catalog: listings, photos, descriptions, and visual standardization. * Monitor and optimize order processing and delivery procedures, ensuring quality and adherence to deadlines. * Track performance metrics and prepare reports to support strategic decision-making. * Identify new market opportunities and implement best practices for online sales. * Ensure excellence in digital customer service, enhancing shopping experience and customer loyalty. **Requirements:** * Proven experience managing e-commerce platforms and marketplaces. * Proficiency in digital marketing strategies and paid traffic management. * Leadership ability and experience managing multidisciplinary teams. * Analytical mindset and results-driven approach, transforming data into effective strategies. * Strong communication skills, organizational capability, and growth-oriented vision. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Production Engineering, or related fields. * Experience integrating platforms and ERPs. * Knowledge of UX/Customer Experience. * Image editing skills (CorelDraw/Photoshop). **Benefits:** * Fixed salary: R$ 3.000,00 * Meal allowance: R$ 1.000,00 * Commission of 3% on sales (when monthly revenue exceeds R$ 30.000,00) * Transportation allowance * Benefits from Cartão de Todos (discounts on healthcare, pharmacies, medical tests, and more) * Profit-sharing program (PLR) under development.
