




Job Summary: Professional responsible for cooperative member service, registration updates, credit operation verification, account opening, product and service offerings, and assistance in delinquency control. Assistance in portfolio delinquency control **Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, with a 1-hour lunch break. **Level:** Professional **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT * Provide service to cooperative members; * Update cooperative members’ registration information; * Verify and submit credit operations; * Review files and open accounts; * Offer products and services; * Assist in controlling the delinquency of the business portfolio, among other duties. **Requirements:** **Mandatory Requirements:** * Completed or currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Law, Engineering, or related fields; * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. **Desirable Requirements:** * Knowledge of products and services; * Experience in customer service and negotiation; * Active ANBIMA certification. * **Respect and appreciation for people are part of our core values; additionally, we have inclusive initiatives, and all our positions are open to persons with disabilities (PCDs).** * **Our contact will be made via email.
