If you’re considering advancing your career in an environment full of opportunities—where accelerating your career means not only progressing in roles and responsibilities but also constantly tackling challenges—don’t miss this opportunity! **Responsibilities and Duties** **Citizen Service** * Greet and guide users regarding available services. * Inform users about wait times and assist in queue management. * Conduct triage and verification of documents (legibility, validity, and requirements). * Distribute queue numbers, provide guidance during contingencies, and assist individuals with mobility difficulties. * Conduct satisfaction surveys and promote internal campaigns. * Encourage and support the use of self-service kiosks, self-service systems, and digital services. * Identify medical emergencies and notify responsible support personnel. * Report incidents to the Service Supervisor. **Operational Service** * Activate electronic queue number calling. * Serve citizens via system according to assigned queue number and requested service. * Verify and enter registration data; collect signatures or biometric data when required. * Issue documents, explain applicable fees, and forward to subsequent steps. * Refer complex cases to the Technical Supervisor. * Restock printer supplies (paper, toner, etc.). **Backoffice** * Access digital platform to analyze requests. * Review submitted documents and verify compliance. * Inform citizens about required corrections and new uploads. * Schedule appointments and send notifications via system. * Conduct video-call-based service interactions when necessary. **Administrative Activities** * Archive documents per agency guidelines. * Prepare reports on services rendered or canceled documents. * Transmit and receive documents via system or email. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed Technical Course in Information Technology; * Basic computer skills (text processing, spreadsheets, internet); * Proficient typing and system usage; * Strong oral and written communication skills; * Organized, disciplined, and detail-oriented; * Flexible, dynamic, and comfortable interacting with the public; * Willingness to learn new processes. **Preferred Qualifications** ---------------- * Experience in public-facing service roles; * Experience with computerized systems and digital platforms. **Additional Information** **Meal Allowance** or **Food Allowance** **Wellhub Benefits Program** **Zenklub Psychologists** **Dental Uni** **Unimed Health Plan** **Medipreço Pharmacies Benefits Program** **Woli Development Platform** **Birthday Day Off** We are **CiX – Citizen Experience**, a govtech dedicated to transforming access to public services—making citizens’ lives easier through innovative solutions, greater technology integration, and enhanced efficiency.
