Perform pre-preparation, preparation, and finishing of dishes. Ensure quality, taste, presentation, and standardization. Monitor preparation time and production organization. Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and sanitized. Comply with food safety regulations and good handling practices. Assist in controlling and organizing ingredients and food supplies. Work collaboratively, respecting processes and leadership instructions. Position based in Londrina / PR. Tasks aligned with standard Cook duties. Previous experience as Head Chef, Kitchen Assistant, Cook, or Pastry Chef may indicate suitability for some responsibilities of this role. High school diploma required.
