Supervise contractors and third parties during work execution and provide assistance. Carry out preventive and corrective mechanical and electrical maintenance on machines and equipment, replacing parts and adjusting gears. Lubricate and test apparatuses. Perform welding repairs; conduct maintenance on forklifts, ventilation systems, air conditioning, and refrigeration. Carry out general maintenance activities in civil, hydraulic, and electrical areas. Diagnose faults and conduct technical assessments, demonstrating, restoring, assembling, and testing components. Perform high-altitude work, roof, gutter, and building façade conservation and restoration, as well as repairs and renovations of building installations. Perform basic carpentry, joinery, and hydraulic services. Inspect the installation of photovoltaic electrical systems, panels, low-voltage power distribution boards, and control panels. Serve internal and external customers with excellence, providing information.
