Keep products organized and properly fronted on counters and islands. Check product expiry dates. Defrost and keep counters clean. Place pricing labels on shelves and refrigerated counters, replacing them as needed. Slice cold cuts according to technical specifications and weigh products. Restock products at appropriate times, monitor expiration dates, and notify the restocking supervisor in advance. Perform assigned inventory reconciliation tasks. Assist in storage and organization of received products. Portion products. Contribute to the organization and cleaning of the cold room. Participate in initiatives to boost departmental sales.
