Main Responsibilities: * Daily guidance, coordination, and/or execution of cleaning services at client company premises, including sweeping or mopping floors, removing dirt from walls, dusting furniture, and restocking personal hygiene supplies; * Ensure operational safety by observing correct usage of cleaning products (e.g., degreasers, soap, and general chemicals) and equipment (e.g., brooms, vacuum cleaners, steam cleaners), as well as their maintenance—keeping them available in appropriate locations and requesting repairs when necessary; * Train subordinates, participate in personnel movement processes, distribute and collect personal protective equipment (PPE) and timecards, deliver benefit vouchers, maintain team order and discipline—including monitoring proper uniform use, attendance, and proposing transfers, disciplinary actions, or dismissals; * Periodically guide, coordinate, and/or execute detailed cleaning tasks as scheduled—such as window washing, fan and lighting fixture cleaning, room disinfection, among others; * Monitor and request replenishment of consumable materials as needed; * Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), complying with Occupational Hygiene and Safety requirements, as well as correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Desirable Requirements (Advantageous): * Prior experience as a Cleaning Supervisor; * Knowledge of advanced cleaning and maintenance techniques; * Skills in team management and material control; * Familiarity with occupational safety regulations applicable to cleaning operations.
