Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and hands-on Building Maintenance Assistant to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on building installations and assist with various maintenance tasks. Monitor the usage and replenishment of tools and materials If you are practical, proactive, and enjoy getting your hands dirty, we are looking for a **Building Maintenance Assistant** to join our team! **Responsibilities:** * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on building installations (plumbing, painting, masonry, and minor repairs); * Replace light bulbs; * Assist with periodic inspections of the building's physical conditions; * Perform minor support tasks in carpentry, gardening, metalwork, or other building maintenance requirements; * Monitor the usage and replenishment of maintenance tools and materials; * Supervise and support third-party service providers. **What We Are Looking For:** * Completed high school education; * Knowledge of building maintenance: plumbing, masonry, painting, and finishing for minor repairs; * Basic knowledge of occupational safety; * Ability to manage and organize maintenance materials; * Prior experience in this role; * Availability to work Monday through Friday in Mandaguari/PR.
