Tax Assistant – Accounting Firm – Apucarana/PR \- \#1123 **About the opportunity** We are looking for a Tax Assistant to join the tax department of an accounting firm in Apucarana/PR. The candidate will handle tax routines for companies across diverse sectors, including issuing fiscal invoices, calculating taxes, and fulfilling ancillary obligations, ensuring organization, accuracy, and adherence to deadlines. **Main responsibilities** * Record incoming, outgoing, and service-related fiscal invoices in the system. * Calculate taxes under the Simples Nacional, Lucro Presumido, and Lucro Real regimes. * Submit and monitor tax-related ancillary obligations, such as SPED Fiscal, SPED Contribuições, DEFIS, REINF, among others. * Use electronic spreadsheets (Excel) and management systems to verify, organize, and import tax-related information. * Support the tax department team in daily routines, contributing to prompt and high-quality client service at the accounting firm. **Mandatory requirements** * Completed undergraduate degree in Accounting Sciences. * Minimum two years of prior experience in tax-related roles, preferably within an accounting firm. * Knowledge of core tax and fiscal routines, including tax calculation and submission of ancillary obligations. * Advanced proficiency in Excel. * Organizational skills, attention to detail, punctuality, commitment, and ability to work effectively in a team. **Preferred qualifications** * Familiarity with tax routines specific to rural producers. * Experience working with agribusiness companies. * Experience recording and managing data for the Rural Producer’s Digital Cash Book. **Job conditions** * Employment type: CLT (Consolidation of Labor Laws). * Work mode: On-site. * Work location: Apucarana/PR. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, from 7:45 AM to 11:48 AM and from 1:00 PM to 5:45 PM. * Salary range: BRL 2\.500,00 to BRL 3\.000,00, depending on experience and profile fit. * Benefits: meal allowance and transportation allowance. **How to apply** If you work in the tax field, identify with accounting firm environments, and meet the job requirements, please apply via this posting.
