Job Summary: We are seeking a Registration Analyst to manage, standardize, and govern the registration of materials and services, acting strategically to enable intelligent decision-making and efficient operations. We are looking for a **Registration Analyst** who goes beyond merely entering information into the system and views registration as a strategic pillar of the business. We seek someone who ensures every material and service is correctly registered, standardized, and governed—supporting the company’s critical processes. On a day-to-day basis, you will be responsible for creating, reviewing, and maintaining material and service registrations in accordance with defined standards and taxonomies, serving as the focal point of the Registration Center and acting as the reference for registration creation and modification requests. Here, you will play an essential role in **information standardization and quality**, ensuring clear descriptions, correct units of measure, consistent families, groups, and technical attributes. More than operating the system, you will be a **business enabler**, analyzing and validating registration requests in compliance with internal policies and supporting requesting departments. You will conduct periodic audits of the registration database, identify opportunities for correction and enhancement, develop and maintain procedures, manuals, and operational workflows for the Registration Center, and generate reports and key performance indicators reflecting registration quality—such as SLA adherence, rework, duplication, and compliance. Looking ahead, you will participate in improvement, implementation, or ERP upgrade projects related to the Registration Center, helping build an increasingly robust and strategic foundation. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Register, review, and maintain materials and services in the ERP system according to defined standards and taxonomies; * Manage the Registration Center; * Ensure standardization of descriptions, units of measure, families, groups, and technical attributes; * Guarantee registration governance, preventing duplication, inconsistencies, and configuration errors; * Act as a facilitator for requesting departments (Procurement, Warehousing, Tax, Accounting, Engineering, Maintenance, among others) regarding best registration practices; * Conduct periodic audits of the registration database; * Develop and maintain procedures, manuals, and operational workflows for the Registration Center; * Generate reports and key performance indicators on registration quality (SLA, rework, duplication, compliance). **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed Bachelor’s degree: Engineering, Administration, or related fields; * Intermediate Excel skills; * Relevant work experience; * Experience with ERP systems. **Additional Information** * Preferred: Basic knowledge of tax regulations.
