About the Role We are seeking a LABORATORY SUPERVISOR to contribute to ensuring the quality of processes, inputs, suppliers, equipment, and products, as well as the proper execution of services according to project specifications. To learn more, visit www.bureauveritas.com.br Key Responsibilities: * Supervise activities of the concrete and asphalt technology control laboratory. * Coordinate the team of laboratory technicians and assistants, assigning and monitoring tasks. * Ensure correct execution of tests in accordance with applicable technical standards (ABNT, DNIT, DER). * Analyze and validate test results and technical reports. * Monitor quality control of materials used on construction sites. * Ensure calibration, maintenance, and preservation of laboratory equipment. * Monitor compliance with procedures, quality standards, and safety regulations. * Provide technical support to construction site teams regarding concrete and asphalt mixture technology control. What We Are Looking For: * Technical or undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Technology, or related fields. * Experience in concrete and asphalt technology control. * Knowledge of laboratory testing and technical standards (ABNT, DNIT, DER). * Minimum 10 years’ experience in analytical laboratories, preferably related to infrastructure and pavement.
