Description

Job Summary: Professional to work on people management, HR processes, maintenance of common areas, and employee support, with a focus on culture and engagement. Key Highlights: 1. People and HR process management 2. Promotion of organizational culture and employee engagement 3. Support and guidance to employees Ensure internal and external reception and service. Ensure compliance with visitor reception processes at the company by the security team and all processes under the responsibility of the guardhouse/security personnel. Ensure compliance with laundry processes, as well as assess the need for maintenance or replacement of uniforms used by employees. Conduct maintenance/hygiene inspections of common areas, kitchen inventory, and dormitory inventory. Ensure maintenance and hygiene of the company's common areas. Carry out recruitment and selection processes, from job posting to onboarding of new employees. Conduct selection interviews, candidate evaluations, and prepare assessment reports. Ensure technical and cultural onboarding of new employees. Monitor the probationary period and onboarding of new employees. Prepare managerial reports and HR and employee performance indicators, providing inputs for strategic decision-making by managers and the executive board. Review, implement, and ensure compliance with people management policies and procedures aligned with the company's strategic objectives. Provide support and guidance to employees regarding benefits, career, and professional development. Promote organizational culture and employee engagement by organizing internal actions and events. Plan and execute an internal endomarketing and event calendar to reinforce the company's culture and mission. Conduct organizational climate surveys and performance evaluations, proposing improvement actions. Conduct periodic production floor visits to verify employee well-being.
