




The Administrative Assistant is responsible for supporting the company's administrative activities, working in different areas such as finance, procurement, customer service, and management support. Among its main responsibilities are issuing invoices, controlling documents, and organizing internal processes. Responsibilities: \- Issue product and service invoices, ensuring correct completion and submission according to current legislation; \- Verify and organize fiscal and administrative documents; \- Support the finance department with activities such as expense entries, accounts payable/receivable control, and bill issuance; \- Provide telephone and email support to customers and suppliers; \- Control and archive physical and digital documents; \- Assist in procurement and quotation processes when necessary; \- Support HR routines with document organization and timekeeping control, if applicable; \- Update control spreadsheets and administrative reports; \- Meet deadlines and maintain organization and efficiency in administrative processes.
