




Job Summary: Professional responsible for identifying, planning, and implementing technical, behavioral, and leadership training programs, as well as supporting onboarding. Key Highlights: 1. Evaluation of development programs and continuous improvement **Key Responsibilities** * Identify training needs in collaboration with company departments, ensuring alignment with business strategies. * Plan, structure, and implement technical, behavioral, and leadership training programs. * Develop instructional materials and content for in-person, online, and hybrid training sessions. * Evaluate the effectiveness of development programs using metrics, reports, and feedback, proposing continuous improvements. * Lead and support the onboarding process for new employees, enhancing the onboarding experience. **Requirements** **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Pedagogy, Human Resource Management, or related fields. **Experience:** Minimum of 2 years of experience in Training & Development. **Required Knowledge** * Learning and development methodologies. * E-learning tools and LMS platforms. * Microsoft Office suite, with advanced proficiency in **Excel and PowerPoint**. **Preferred Qualifications** * Certification in agile methodologies applied to Training & Development. * Experience with gamification, learning paths, and digital resources. * Intermediate or advanced English proficiency.
