Job Summary: An IT professional focused on projects, support, security, and maintenance of computer networks, aiming to ensure infrastructure integrity and availability. Key Highlights: 1. Design and plan computer networks 2. Provide technical support and IT management 3. Focus on information security and network integrity * Design computer networks, actively participating in analysis, study, selection, and planning; * Monitor the creation and implementation of backup and data restoration policies using specific tools for this purpose, ensuring business continuity; * Provide technical support by responding to user requests, including software installation, configuration, and updates; clarifying doubts and providing necessary requirements for proper operation of network infrastructure and systems; * Conduct frequent reviews of IT assets, adopting a preventive approach to ensure equipment integrity, availability, and quality; * Monitor IT operations and network equipment such as servers, routers, switches, firewalls, and access points; * Manage CCTV security systems and access control systems with monitoring capabilities; * Support the creation and implementation of information security and system access policies through firewalls and management tools, preventing physical or logical intrusions and keeping technical procedures up to date; * Identify and resolve computer network configuration issues, analyze problems, and develop solutions using monitoring systems to ensure corporate network environment stability; * Provide user support to resolve infrastructure-related network issues; * Manage and administer applications across different stages of their lifecycle; * Monitor digital platform availability and capacity, reporting to the immediate supervisor; * Maintain updated technical documentation using specific tools for this purpose; * Provide support to application development teams and user support teams; * Monitor the procurement process for materials required for local network maintenance, guiding purchasing activities and maintaining contact with suppliers of IT equipment and materials via ERP; * Manage server disk space, system parameterization, operating system and application version updates, applying patches and updates to networks; Requirements: Bachelor’s degree completed in Computer Networks, Computer Science, or related fields; Postgraduate studies will be an advantage!
