Job Summary: Professional responsible for preventive and corrective electrical maintenance of machines and equipment, ensuring their optimal operation while participating in installations and assemblies. Key Highlights: 1. Perform preventive and corrective electrical maintenance on machines and equipment. 2. Participate in the installation and assembly of equipment. 3. Conduct inspections and maintenance on electrical substations and MCCs. To fill this position, candidates must reside in Curitiba/PR or nearby regions. ***JOB DESCRIPTION:*** Preventive and corrective electrical maintenance of company machines and equipment to maintain them in perfect working condition, as well as participation in their installation and assembly. **Education:** Technical course in Electrical Engineering, Electrotechnics, or Electronics. **Relevant Experience:** Over 2 years. **Specific Experience and Knowledge:** * Knowledge of Cryogenics and Oxygen-related services (Preferred). * Industrial electricity knowledge (electrical diagrams, electrical panels, motor connections, megger, etc.). * Intermediate computer skills (SAP, basic Excel, email composition and formatting). * Training: Safety Policies and Standards, Production Process, Quality Policies and Standards. **Scope of Activities:** * Perform routine, periodic, or special inspections to prevent failures in instrumentation, electrical, and analytical equipment. * Execute routine and non-routine maintenance on equipment and installations as scheduled to ensure electrical and analytical instruments and equipment remain fully operational. * Perform corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance on electrical substations, MCCs, electric motors, analyzers, control valves, and others. * Use SAP according to manager-defined procedures. * Test, inspect, troubleshoot, and repair electrical and analytical instruments and equipment. * Safely configure and operate all required test tools and equipment to perform assigned tasks. * Calibrate, configure, and/or replace test equipment and field devices such as SV actuators, RTDs, vibration equipment, control valves, transmitters, analyzers, flow meters, billing meters, etc. * Functionally test or troubleshoot electrical control loops using field devices to verify proper operation. * Keep related drawings updated. * Maintain plant safety and shutdown system equipment in perfect condition. * Supervise repair work performed by external service providers. * Document repair work and assist in maintaining documentation. * Procure materials, equipment, and spare parts from warehouses and external suppliers as defined by the manager.
