Seize opportunities along your journey and grow alongside us! **Team Play**: When we exchange ideas and solutions, there’s no limit to where we can go! **Flexibility**: We adapt, have fun, and always find the best path—within a flexible work schedule. **Responsibilities and Duties** ***Your Daily Routine at BP as a Senior Infrastructure Analyst?*** * Perform complex infrastructure activities at BP; * Assume responsibility for decision-making; * Contribute to training other analysts; * Demonstrate ability to teach while doing; * Help define monitoring criteria for incident prevention, resolution, and root cause identification; * Monitor technology resource performance, identifying and proposing improvements, alternatives, or new solutions; * Contribute to project and product development; * Manage configurations, changes, and action plan monitoring; * Configure new environments and integrate them with partner products; * Support internal teams, audits, and vendors; * Supervise and guide other team members—or other teams requiring information. **Requirements and Qualifications** ***What Do You Need to Join Us?*** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Technology-related fields. ***Certifications:*** * LPIC\-3 or RHCA; * VCP/VCAP; * Microsoft; * VMware. ***Hard Skills:*** * Microsoft Windows Server and related services; * GNU/Linux and related services (Apache httpd, nginx, samba, haproxy, iptables/firewalld); * Networking and Routing \- switches, VLAN, VRF, APs, and routers; * Virtualization using VMware and VMware vSAN; * Storage systems and SAN networks; * Monitoring tools (SNMP, Zabbix, Grafana); * Backup, recovery, and testing routine administration (NetBackup, Veeam); * Programming language knowledge for task automation (php/python/bash); * Office 365 and Azure; * Administer and monitor Kubernetes clusters (on\-premises and cloud); * Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines integrated with containers; * Create, configure, and maintain manifests, deployments, services, ingress, and namespaces; * Automate provisioning routines using tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or Helm; * Troubleshoot applications and infrastructure running in containers and pods; * Manage logs, metrics, and alerts using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Loki, or Datadog; * Ensure security, compliance, and access control (RBAC) within the Kubernetes environment; * Collaborate with development and security teams to improve service performance and reliability; * Participate in application migration and modernization projects to containerized environments. ***Desirable:*** * MySQL administration and replication; * Asterisk and VoIP networks (SIP); * Infrastructure automation routines (Ansible/Puppet). ***Soft Skills:*** * Resilience and emotional control; * Critical analysis and analytical thinking for problem-solving; * Teamwork and collaboration; * Clear communication; * Adaptability and continuous learning; * Technical leadership; * Proactivity; * Interpersonal relationship skills. ***Work Schedule:*** * 8 hours per day; * Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM; Saturday, 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM. ***Work Model/Location:*** * On-site \| Downtown \- Curitiba / PR **Additional Information** ***Our Benefits:*** Fixed salary; Performance bonus; Meal allowance of R$31.00 per working day; Transportation allowance; Career development plan; Multi-benefit card; Life insurance; SESC membership; University partnerships; Corporate university; A relaxing day off—"***Day Off*" on your birthday; "Just dress no code"—be yourself! ***For Your Health:*** Dental plan; Gympass/Wellhub; Psychological support; On-site medical assistance available if needed. **\#VemSerBP** Hi!
