Teamwork and focus on problem resolution under pressure **Job Description:** ---------------------- Perform biological specimen collections with precision and safety, providing comprehensive customer service—from registration to delivery of required information—as well as conducting sample triage, preparation, and supporting administrative and operational routines at the unit. **Essential Requirements:** ------------------------------ Strong communication skills and courtesy when interacting with internal teams and suppliers Ability to solve problems under pressure. Ability to work under pressure and handle high customer volume Clear communication and empathy in user interactions. Basic knowledge of the most frequently requested tests. Technical knowledge of clinical analyses. Technical knowledge of specimen collection procedures Proficiency in laboratory information systems (LIS). Ethics, confidentiality, and professional conduct Basic computer literacy Organization, attention to detail, and care for documents and sensitive data. Patience, empathy, and a collaborative attitude. Experience in customer service.
