Ensure a positive patient experience We are looking for a Receptionist to join our dental clinic as the patient's first point of contact with our brand. We seek someone who enjoys interacting with people, is organized and detail-oriented, and understands that reception is not merely about receiving—it is about welcoming. Main Responsibilities * Greet patients in a friendly, professional, and welcoming manner * In-person, telephone, and WhatsApp customer service * Manage professionals' schedules * Confirm appointments and support the clinic's daily workflow * Organize the reception area and manage patient entry/exit * Provide basic administrative support * Ensure a positive patient experience from arrival to departure Requirements * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Organization, punctuality, and responsibility * Proficiency with computers, WhatsApp, and scheduling systems * Completed high school education (Prior experience as a receptionist or in a dental clinic is a plus) Ideal Candidate Profile * Friendliness and empathy in customer service * Professional demeanor * Attention to detail * Proactivity and willingness to learn * Ability to work collaboratively in a team * Commitment to schedules and routines If you believe excellent customer service transforms people's experiences, we want to meet you.
