Does it match your profile? **Responsibilities and Duties** * Receive products, based on stock reservation or replenishment requests, ensuring correct receipt and product availability. * Identify products, label each inventory unit, store items on shelves, enter receiving note information into spreadsheets and systems—ensuring accuracy and storage compliance with current legislation. * Monitor ambient and refrigerator temperatures using standard documentation, ensuring compliance with current legislation regarding storage. * Manage inventories through follow-up, rotating counts, and audits to ensure efficient inventory management. * Reserve OPME materials via the management platform, ensuring correct product delivery and supply. * Dispense and monitor OPME material usage in the Operating Room, ensuring control over OPME materials. * Record OPME product consumption in documentation, entering required information and affixing labels to guarantee traceability of consumed products. * Consult necessary documentation via systems and physical documents, ensuring information validation. * Enter data into spreadsheets and systems, ensuring accurate recording of consumed materials. * Comply with and promote adherence to Marista Group policies, OPME guidelines, healthcare supply area regulations, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). * Prepare reports and liaise with suppliers. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Knowledge of Tasy system; * Experience in the healthcare sector; * Shift worker / relief position. 12x36 schedule. **Additional Information** **What You’ll Find Here:** * Unimed Health Plan: With co-payment, providing medical coverage and access to a high-quality accredited network * OdontoPrev Dental Plan: Nationwide coverage, with monthly premiums deducted from payroll * Education Incentive: Valuing professional and personal development of employees, with incentives for specialization, extension courses, language learning, and postgraduate studies at PUCPR * Meal Voucher * Meals at Bistrô Marista: We provide meals on workdays at our facility, with a symbolic payroll deduction * Quality of Life Program * Private Pension Plan * Life Insurance * Transportation Voucher * Wellhub (formerly Gympass): Access to numerous gyms with monthly membership fees deducted from payroll * Zenklub: Access to telehealth sessions with mental health specialists, including two free monthly consultations * Conte Comigo Program: Multidisciplinary team available for social support, legal guidance (excluding labor-related matters), financial and pension consulting * Benefits Club: Partnerships with companies across various sectors, offering special discounts on services and products **Salary:** Our salary proposal is developed based on several factors.
