




Job Summary: The professional will provide on-site and remote technical support, resolving issues with IT equipment and supporting the technological infrastructure. Key Highlights: 1. Preventive and corrective maintenance on IT equipment **LOCATION: JANDAIA DO SUL** **Main Responsibilities and Activities** * Provide first- and second-level technical support to users, both on-site and remotely; * Diagnose and resolve issues with computers, printers, mobile devices, and other equipment; * Perform installation, configuration, and updating of corporate software and systems; * Support internal network, internet, Wi-Fi, and access administration; * Monitor and track technical service requests via a helpdesk system; * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on IT equipment; * Manage user accounts, access permissions, and passwords (Active Directory, emails, internal systems); * Support implementation of information security policies and backups; * Assist in controlling the inventory of IT equipment and assets; * Support projects for improving and upgrading the company’s technological infrastructure; * Prepare technical reports and document procedures to standardize service delivery. **Job RequirementsEducation** * Technical or higher education in progress or completed in **Information Technology, Networks, Systems, Computer Science**, or related fields. **Technical Knowledge** * Microsoft Office suite and corporate tools (Teams, Outlook, Google Workspace); * Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN); * Hardware knowledge, including computer assembly and maintenance; * Experience with helpdesk tools is a plus.
