Involvement in various HR routines A textile industry is seeking a Human Resources Analyst in Londrina (West Zone). **Responsibilities:** Responsible for providing support to the Human Resources department, focusing on planning and developing the recruitment and selection strategy, including interviews, practical tests and/or profile analysis, and other techniques as required. Responsible for supporting all other HR department routines, such as internal communication, employee onboarding and offboarding, probationary period evaluation, and other related activities. Previous experience as a Human Resources Specialist, Human Resources Consultant, Human Resources Coordinator, or Human Resources Assistant may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this position. Bachelor's degree required.
