Are you ready to join us? **Responsibilities and Duties** **What we seek?** A proactive, committed individual with strong interpersonal skills to join our Technical Support team. **RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES** * Handling incidents, requests, tasks, and projects from the Service Desk area, either on-site or remotely; * Formatting and preparing notebooks; * Supporting printers and print servers; * Supporting Android and iOS mobile devices; * Providing support to Executive Management and the Board; * Managing and controlling inventory; * Installing and managing approved software; * Supporting Linux, Windows, and Mac OS operating systems; * Engaging vendors for maintenance and support. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Experience with Windows 10 and 11 operating systems (Mandatory); Mac OS experience is desirable. * Knowledge of access management, including user account creation (Active Directory), permission management, and group administration. * Knowledge of Office 365 access permission management (e.g., group creation, mailboxes, shared mailboxes). * Intermediate troubleshooting skills for operating systems, networks, and related issues. **Preferred Qualifications** * Currently pursuing or holding a bachelor’s degree in Technology-related fields (preferably Networking or related areas). * ITIL V3, ITIL V4, or ISO 20000 certification. * Microsoft certification. **Working Hours** * Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM; * 100% on-site model; * Location: Rebouças neighborhood — Curitiba, PR. **NOTE:** Hey!
