




Job Summary: This operational position requires support for activities related to the Integrated Management System, document control, time tracking, overtime, and administrative assistance. Administrative management of personnel and suppliers **Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** Monday to Thursday, 08:00–17:15; Friday, 08:00–16:00 **Level:** Operational **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT Provide support for the company’s Integrated Management System activities (Quality, Environment, Occupational Health and Safety); Prepare and control documents in accordance with ISO 9001; Manage employee time records, absences, medical certificates, and benefits under contracts; Manage overtime, time banking, and night shift allowances under contracts; Prepare checklists for contracts / control and submit monthly workforce and HHT spreadsheets for contracts; Control receipt of general documents (e.g., invoices) for both contractor and client; Issue outgoing material invoices; Manage service provider contracts; Manage administrative supplies; Manage access authorization workflow for contracted companies and visitors; Support measurement closing processes; Prepare and submit hour allocations; Record reimbursable expenses; Organize and digitize measurement evidence documents; Provide administrative support to coordinators. **Requirements:** Completed High School education. Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency. Bachelor’s degree in Administration (in progress) is desirable.
