We seek someone to work in reception and administrative support for HR, serving as the first point of contact for employees and visitors. Your contribution will be essential to the Apisnutri team! **Responsibilities:** * Receive and direct visitors, employees, and suppliers in person and via telephone; * Monitor and request purchases of HR office supplies; * Support labor routine activities, such as: registrations, agreements, electronic timekeeping, and scheduling; * Support internal marketing activities; * Manage delivery of uniforms for administrative departments; * Monitor the executive leadership’s schedule; * Prepare activity reports. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Technical or technological degree in HR is considered a plus; * Strong oral and written communication skills; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel); * Availability for on-site work, Monday through Friday, in Mandaguari/PR.
