Join us! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Negotiate purchases of services and/or items according to your portfolio; * Develop alternative supply solutions that ensure price, quality, and delivery, thereby simplifying procurement processes, contracts, and supply agreements; * Proactively assess the market to prevent supply shortages for strategic items and define supply actions; * Define negotiation strategies; * Optimize procurement processes through improvement proposals; * Monitor the supplier evaluation and qualification system; * Manage contracts, establishing partnership relationships with suppliers through formal agreements; * Conduct supplier visits to drive process and product improvements; * Collaborate with internal customers to validate technical scopes of services prior to negotiation; * Support and monitor potential improvements related to development, support, maintenance, and interaction with internal customers; * Monitor and propose systemic, process-related, and procurement-area policy improvement projects (and related initiatives involving procurement), as well as support associated projects; * Lead category-specific strategic projects, connecting with the company’s technical areas and rethinking existing methods and standards; * Comply with established Policies and ensure adherence to Procurement-related Policies. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree (mandatory). Fields of study: Engineering, Business Administration, or Logistics. * Intermediate/Advanced English; * Experience in negotiation strategies; * Experience in contract development and management; * ERP knowledge (Oracle, SAP, Totvs, or similar); * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Advanced Excel preferred); * Knowledge of procurement KPIs; * Experience in large-scale industrial or multinational companies. Preferred Qualifications: * Postgraduate degree or MBA in Procurement, Supply Chain, Management, or Contracts. * Technical knowledge in equipment maintenance and technical services. **Additional Information** Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:15 PM, onsite.
