Job Summary: A professional responsible for ensuring the development of construction projects, controlling deadlines, costs, quality, and safety, while leading the site team. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in reading and interpreting project drawings * Ensure project development within schedule, budget, quality, and safety requirements. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Guide on-site staff activities; * Monitor productivity standards and construction schedule; * Conduct quality inspections of services and materials; * Instruct staff on optimal work methods; * Maintain cleanliness, maintenance, and/or replacement of tools and equipment; * Monitor work progress and provide updates to supervisors; * Train, develop, and monitor staff performance; **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Experience in reading and interpreting project drawings; * Experience as a Construction Supervisor; **Additional Information** * Salary + Meal Allowance + Health Insurance + Dental Insurance + Life Insurance + Transportation Allowance.
