




Job Summary: Assist in project modeling, request and evaluate budgets, organize files and documents, and support the bidding process. Key Highlights: 1. Support in project modeling and quantity takeoff 2. Management and evaluation of budget proposals 3. Organization and standardization of documents * Assist in project modeling when necessary for quantity takeoff; * Request budgets from third parties; * Prepare evaluation of received budget proposals; * Update unit cost composition based on received budgets; * Organize files in the budget folder, save with standardized names and by revision date; * Update the supplier spreadsheet; * Download all tender documents and sort them into the standard folder structure for budgets; * Forward third-party queries or missing information during the bidding process to the budgeting engineer for analysis and to the bidding committee for clarification; * Perform tasks in accordance with company norms and procedures; * Carry out tasks in accordance with the company's quality manual.
