Support for digital inclusion and integration of new members Perform customer service and operational support tasks related to member relationship management at Sicredi, governed by internal and external regulations, with frequent interaction with both members and non-members, fulfilling a critical role in shaping the experience members have with Sicredi.  \#LI\-JP **Responsibilities and Duties** * Receive documents and verify compliance with legal formalities for transactions, to prepare routines enabling faster and more efficient handling of member requests, as well as maintenance of registration data. * Support credit collection efforts in cases of delinquency and within negotiated timelines, per guidance from the Business Area, aiming to recover lent capital. * Prospect new members and new business opportunities; identify needs and refer them to Business Managers. * Provide first-contact service to members at the branch channel; welcome and assist both members and non-members, directing them to the channel—physical or digital—that delivers the best service experience. * Assist members with their "digital inclusion"; act as an agent of change for members by providing guidance to help them optimally use available digital services. * Facilitate integration of new members by explaining Sicredi’s principles, answering questions, and promoting member engagement with cooperative values. * Process receipt, payment, and diverse inquiry services; perform cash opening, closing, and control operations at the teller terminal; prevent and deter fraudulent transactions and money laundering. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently enrolled in or having completed a bachelor’s degree in Administration, Economics, Mathematics, or related fields; * At least six months of prior experience in similar market activities or in the financial sector is considered a plus; * Must reside in Mandaguari or nearby locations. **Additional Information** Internship allowance: BRL 1\.953,00 \+ Transportation Voucher.
