Job Summary: Work in the technical and administrative area of an insurance brokerage, ensuring compliance with regulations, maintaining relationships with insurance companies and clients, and pursuing business growth and operational excellence. Technical insurance analysis and compliance Requirements: * Completed undergraduate degree; * Experience in the insurance sector; * Experience in operational and administrative routines; * Experience with data entry and registration in systems; * Intermediate-level Office suite proficiency. Responsibilities: * Work in the brokerage’s technical area and perform other administrative tasks. Ensure deliverables are completed within the defined SLA. Support Consultant teams and assist the technical and operational teams; * Apply internal and external regulations, especially the Cooperative’s compliance policies; * Participate in market mapping initiatives and attract new customers; * Manage relationships with insurance companies and negotiate technical and commercial terms; * Interact with the Cooperative’s commercial and service consultants to generate opportunities for business growth, increase cross-selling, and improve penetration rates among cooperative members and beneficiaries; * Ensure adherence to the Cooperative’s quality standards and internal controls, contributing to the achievement of the brokerage’s objectives; * Support the commercial team in quoting and presenting insurance proposals; * Perform technical and operational processes related to planning, sales, targets, and other controls; * Evaluate technical conditions and rating criteria for insurance acceptance; * Maintain updated product comparisons; * Stay current on regulatory bodies and internal policies of each insured party; * Analyze insurance policies and propose technical adjustments to improve risk profiles; * Implement pre-defined commercial actions and strategies for customer prospecting; * Assess insurance policies to determine associated risks; * Manage and reduce operational risks inherent to negotiation and sales processes, applying internal and external regulations, especially the Cooperative’s compliance policies; * Evaluate insurance companies’ product differentiators and maintain updated comparisons; * Register and update customer data in the ERP system. Develop and maintain all process-related workflows. Distribute commercially received tasks from remote channels to the commercial team; * Provide direct customer support for using internal sales platforms or channels; * Perform verification, issuance, inspections or surveys, and billing of insurance policies; * Provide remote customer service via social media, email, sales platforms, and other sales channels used; * Be responsible for verifying customer documents; * Provide technical responsibility for developing proposals and negotiating deadlines, values, terms, and deliverables with customers; * Provide technical responsibility for order reports and billing volume reports; * Manage relationships with insurance companies and the commercial team to evaluate and propose improvements to operational processes; * Conduct and monitor the brokerage’s budget planning; * Promote ESG-oriented initiatives—including environmental protection, social responsibility, governance, occupational health and safety, and risk management—while also addressing psychosocial risks, always focusing on the customer through Unimed’s “Way of Caring” practices; * Comply with and ensure compliance with Unimed Curitiba’s and other group companies’ safety and hygiene regulations, aiming to protect the physical integrity of employees and customers, aligned with core competencies: Cooperate to Grow, Pursue Excellence, Delight the Customer, and Manage Emotions.
