Job Summary: Responsible for developing and creating detailed technical projects for construction works, ensuring quality, deadlines, and budgets, with a focus on feasibility and monitoring of execution. Key Highlights: 1. Develop detailed technical projects for construction works 2. Analyze feasibility and monitor project execution 3. Collaborate with teams and, if necessary, manage small teams **JOB MISSION** Develop and create detailed technical projects for construction execution, ensuring all client specifications and requirements are met with quality, within established deadlines and budgets. **JOB RESPONSIBILITIES** * Prepare detailed projects using CAD software and other technical tools, ensuring all specifications are met. * Conduct technical analysis of projects, verifying execution feasibility and anticipating potential issues. * Monitor project execution, verifying adherence to the original design and making adjustments when necessary. * Collaborate with production, installation, and procurement departments to ensure all necessary resources are available for project execution. * **Management of small teams** (when required, coordinating assistants or other professionals in the field to ensure project stages are executed efficiently). * **Related duties**, such as providing technical support during project execution and making necessary adjustments.
