Electrical Maintenance Technician

Job Summary: Assist in general building maintenance activities, performing electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and equipment/system repair tasks. Key Highlights: 1. General building maintenance (painting, restrooms, electrical, plumbing) 2. Repairs to forklifts, electric pallet jacks, and carts 3. Testing and repairs of fire protection systems Assist in general building maintenance activities, including wall painting, restroom maintenance, lamp, ballast, and sensor replacement, and electrical and plumbing work. Perform electrical, mechanical, and plumbing maintenance tasks, including replacing, swapping, cleaning, repairing, and installing parts, components, and equipment. Maintain forklifts and electric pallet jacks, assisting with bearing and wheel replacement and other hydraulic repairs. Conduct required tests on fire protection systems, hydrants, hoses, extinguishers, and sprinklers, and perform necessary repairs. Assist in inspecting operational equipment installations in the store, warehouse, and cold rooms, and carry out required repairs. Identify and replace lamps in backlights, and internal and external areas of the store, warehouse, and cold rooms. Clean water tanks and repair lightning protection systems. Repair hydraulic and customer carts requiring maintenance. Check door operation and perform necessary adjustments and repairs. Understand hazards associated with assigned tasks and corresponding control measures, aiming to eliminate workplace hazards and unsafe behaviors. Reduce waste through material and product reduction, reuse, and recycling.
