We are looking for a Tech Lead with a solid technical background and leadership profile to lead a development squad. This person will play a pivotal role both in the platform’s technical evolution and in the team’s development—serving as a technical reference and day-to-day enabler. ✔️ **We’re looking for people who:** * Have substantial experience building production-grade web applications; * Have experience with REST architecture and best practices for API design; * Have prior experience leading squads, developers, projects, or technical initiatives; * Have experience working on SaaS products; * Have experience with system monitoring, observability, and scalability; * Have knowledge of database modeling; * Are familiar with software engineering best practices (Clean Code, SOLID, DDD, Hexagonal Architecture, automated testing); * Understand API security (authentication, authorization, validation, rate limiting, etc.); * Have knowledge of backend architecture and cloud environments; * Are proficient with Git and version control workflows; * Have experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment practices; * Communicate clearly and assertively, and are capable of delivering constructive feedback and supporting sound technical decision-making. ✔️ **You will:** * Contribute to the development and evolution of scalable RESTful APIs using Node.js and TypeScript; * Design and maintain efficient database models, focusing on performance, indexing, and consistency; * Develop services in AWS environments (ECS, S3, Lambda, among others); * Ensure application security, observability, stability, and performance; * Define and evolve technical standards, architecture, and squad best practices; * Actively participate in code reviews and architectural decisions; * Create and maintain automated tests to ensure platform reliability; * Serve as the technical reference for the squad, supporting decisions and tackling challenges; * Support the team in planning, technical refinement, estimation, and prioritization; * Promote a culture of quality, collaboration, and continuous improvement; * Foster effective communication between backend, frontend, and product teams. ✔️ **Nice-to-have:** * Experience with SaaS products; * Experience with NestJS or TS.ED; **Contract type:** PJ. **100% Remote —** Work from anywhere in Brazil. **Flexible Meal/Voucher Allowance** via Ifood card. **Wellhub** **Telemedicine** **Bradesco Odonto** **Life Insurance** **Paid Time Off (30 days)** **Birthday Day-Off** **Innovative, collaborative environment with real growth opportunities!** **Do you identify with this?** Join us in building the future!
