We thrive on challenges and seek people ready to build careers and achieve results alongside us! **Responsibilities and Duties** Provide support to employees and managers regarding routine HR department tasks, including payroll processing, hiring, termination, vacation management, and leave administration; Control and maintain the Electronic Time Tracking System, monitor employees’ working hours, record adjustments when necessary, and ensure all data is accurate for payroll closing; Execute new employee onboarding processes, including submission of required documents and system registration; Administer company-provided employee benefits such as transportation vouchers, meal vouchers, health insurance, and others; Assist, as needed, with entries required for payroll closing; Support vacation and termination calculations; Assist with daily HR department routines, responding to internal and external requests, ensuring operational processes are carried out efficiently and within established deadlines; Perform other tasks of equivalent complexity, according to department/company needs. **Requirements and Qualifications** Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields; Relevant work experience in the role; Experience with the SENIOR system.
